HOW
TO MAKE A RESERVATION
Once we confirm our availability for the period you
are interested
to reconfirm your reservation we would need an advance deposit to buy the airplane tickets
( 240 USD p/person round trip from Caracas )
and to pay 20% of the lodging cost
( 60 USD X the number of nights of your stay X the number
of people traveling X 20%).
This amount should be deposited in our bank account.
Once you make the deposit I would need a fax ( +58-212-
267-57-69 ) with the deposit slip
indicating also your complete names, passport numbers,
date of check-in / check-out
and your phone / fax numbers.
As soon as I make all the arrangements of your flight,
I'll send a voucher by fax ( or an e-mail Word format )
specifying all the services you have requested and the
flight details.
The remaining portion of the package cost can be paid when you get to Los Roques
preferably in cash or traveler checks.
